You’ve spent so much of your life showing up for everyone else.
Holding it together. Quietly suffering while others leaned on you. But deep down, you’ve been wondering: When is it my turn to feel whole?
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
I see you.
I’ve been there.
And I want you to know: healing is possible.
More than 20 years ago, I started my own healing journey in a therapist's office.
I was feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and unsure of how to move forward.
With support and compassion, I found a path back to myself.
That journey inspired me to become a therapist. Now, I walk beside others on their healing paths, offering the kind of care that once helped me transform.
You deserve a space that feels safe, authentic, and deeply respectful of your story.
I help adults in all stages of life who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal emotional wounds, and create lives rooted in self-trust and peace.
Many of the adults I work with are navigating:
You don’t have to fix yourself before asking for help. You just have to begin.
My work is trauma-informed, spiritual, and deeply client-centered.
I use a blend of approaches, including:
All parts of you are welcome here — even the ones that feel messy, afraid, ashamed, or numb.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental, warm, and steady presence where you can explore your inner world and find healing.
I welcome clients who are LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, or navigating spiritual questions and transitions.
With over 7 years of experience, I specialize in Internal Family Systems therapy for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I prioritize building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship.
I have a master's degree in marriage and family therapy and counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary.

Hello, I’m Mindy Crabb, a compassionate therapist dedicated to guiding individuals on their transformative journey toward healing and self-discovery
Originally from Phoenix, AZ, I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. My passion for supporting others led me into teaching, but it was a spiritual calling that redirected me to the south, where my own healing journey began two decades ago in a therapist’s office. Before therapy, I felt fragmented and anxious, like I was numbly going through the motions of life without really living. Through therapy, I welcomed back exiled parts of myself and experienced more internal wholeness and harmony. This newfound peace blossomed into a deeper understanding and connection with my true self, rippling out into more authentic relationships with others and God.
Inspired by profound changes in my life, I pursued further education at Reformed Theological Seminary, in Jackson, Mississippi where I earned a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and counseling in 2017. Post-graduation, I began my career as a therapist, initially serving as a substance abuse counselor and community mental health therapist in Mississippi. Faced with personal challenges, including divorce, the loss of my father, and my mother's cancer returning, I returned to my roots in Arizona in 2019.
Distinguished by my commitment to ongoing professional development, I’ve received training in Internal Family Systems Therapy from the IFS Institute, Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), and IFS Canada. In my practice, I integrate this transformative model with other methods, including, mindfulness and meditation, spiritual-focused therapy,
EMDR and expressive art interventions.
This person-centered approach allows me to tailor each therapy session to the unique needs of my clients, creating a safe and nurturing space for collaborative exploration toward personal growth and overall well-being.
I believe it’s never too late to embark on your healing journey, and I’d be honored to support you on this courageous path.
I offer on-line via video sessions . Teletherapy sessions are conducted securely and confidentially.
Individual therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Group therapy sessions provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help you connect with others who are going through similar challenges.
